Business Fundamentals is designed specifically for people who are thinking of starting a business, or have had a business for one year or less. The work-shops provide essential information on what an entrepreneur needs to know to start a business successfully. Pre-registration is required as seating is limited. Cost is $35. Credit scores are used by employers and insurers, as well as lenders, to gauge your level of responsibility. Rightly or wrongly, your credit score has a major impact on your financial life. Crystal Kudlak of Apprisen, Consumer Credit Counseling Service, will share how to get your credit report for no cost, how to read your credit report, disputing errors, and simple steps you can take to rebuild your good credit. Crystal will also take time to speak with attendees individually in short, one-on-one sessions right after the workshop.

Fundraising Dinner for Jamie Massey

Young Lady Recently Diagnosed with Leukemia

The fundraiser is to be held at the Lewis Center on Central Ave. in Oak Hill. Friday, January 25th from 11am to 8pm. Pasta with either spaghetti or alfredo sauce, bread, dessert, and a drink for $10. Advance tickets available Friday, January 18th at Cafe One Ten. Meals can be delivered. Pick up order forms at Cafe One Ten. Prefer to have pre-orders in by the 21st or 22nd. Volunteers to deliver or serve should contact Cafe One Ten at 304-469-7657.

Monetary donations should be sent to The Gospel Tabernacle at 124 Oyler Avenue, Oak Hill, W.V. 25901. Jamie Massey should be written on the memo line.
